I am a Software engineer with 8+ years of IT experience in a Multi national company. working with people from different parts of the world, I understand that the so called international language English is very much required for people all over the world so that there is better communication between humans around the globe.I would also like to stress that learning English is not difficult!!

I see a lot of people very shy to speak in English mainly because of there low confidence level. Have also seen my colleagues in India, who are pretty-much okay with the language but are not confident enough to communicate and this difficulty in expression making them left behind though they are technically very good.
My way of teaching will be mainly based on uplifting student's confidence level to speak up and express!!
