About Reza

Hi, I’m Reza, a Software Engineer and Math Tutor. I know that math can sometimes feel overwhelming or frustrating, but my goal is to help students understand it clearly, build confidence, and even enjoy learning it. My name is Reza, and I am a Software Engineer and Math Tutor.
I strongly believe that mathematics doesn’t have to be intimidating – it can be clear, logical, and even enjoyable when approached the right way. My goal is to help students truly understand concepts rather than just memorize formulas.

My teaching style is personalized and interactive. I explain each topic step by step, using simple language, real-life examples, and visual reasoning whenever possible. I encourage questions, provide clear explanations, and make sure every student feels comfortable learning at their own pace.

A typical lesson starts with a quick review of previous material, followed by the introduction of new concepts. We solve problems together, then move on to independent practice with immediate feedback. At the end of each session, I summarize key points and offer exercises to reinforce understanding.

What sets me apart is my background as a Software Engineer. I bring structured problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and practical examples into my lessons. I focus on helping students see why solutions work, not just how to get the answer. My goal is to build confidence and remove the fear or frustration many students feel toward math.

I work with high school students in Grades 7 to 10, whether they want to improve their grades, strengthen foundational skills, prepare for exams, or simply feel more confident with math. Every lesson is tailored to the student’s needs and learning style to ensure they gain understanding, confidence, and even enjoyment from math.

In this session, I taught the concept of functions and the difference between functions and relations using tangible, real-world examples. I’m confident that he will improve his skills quickly.
