About Sanjana
Hi, I'm Sanjana.
I've been a fitness enthusiast for as long as I can remember. I started this journey in school, knowing very little about myself and simply wanting a slimmer waist because, well, there were mean kids pointing out the size of your belt.
Somewhere along the way, fitness became about so much more than looking good—although that's a nice by-product. I fell in love with how it made me feel. Stronger, more confident, and more connected to myself. Even today, I'm still learning and discovering new things about myself through fitness.
And that's what I want for you.
I want you to feel good in the body you live in, discover what you're capable of when you invest time in yourself. I want you to discover yourself.
I don't promise overnight transformations or extreme routines. I promise a supportive, practical, and judgment-free space where you can learn, grow, and become a stronger, healthier, and more confident version of yourself.
