About Alexis
I am in my final year at New Jersey Institute of Technology, studying Science, Technology, and Society (B.S.) and Theatre Arts and Technology (B.A.), with additional minors in Global Studies, Communication, and Literature. I have previously tutored elementary and middle school students in reading comprehension, and have extensive editing experience, particularly with regards to high school English papers and college admissions essays.

I enjoy helping people achieve the best outcomes possible! I would like, when possible, to receive any material that the student would like help editing to be sent before the lesson, so that I may utilize the student's lesson time in the most efficient manner. My goal is not for a student to receive a good grade on any one individual assignment; instead, my goal is for a student to improve their communication skills. Any small improvement is another step towards success!
