Hi! I’m Elizabeth, a Mental Health Social Services Worker with a passion for psychology, human behavior, emotional well-being, and meaningful conversation. I offer supportive, engaging lessons for students interested in psychology, social service work, mental health, communication skills, and understanding people on a deeper level.
My approach is always warm, thoughtful, and judgment-free. I love helping people connect psychological concepts to real life, whether that’s learning about mental health, relationships, emotions, social systems, counseling approaches, or developing stronger empathy and communication skills. I especially enjoy creating discussions that feel relatable rather than overly textbook-heavy.
Lessons can be tailored for:
-High school or college students
-Intro to psychology support
-Social service worker and/or personal support worker students
-Mental health and wellness discussions
-Communication/interpersonal skill building
-Essay help and understanding concepts
-Clients or individuals wanting to better understand themselves and others
I believe people learn best when they feel comfortable asking questions and exploring ideas openly. My goal is to create a safe space that feels encouraging, insightful, and genuinely human while still helping you build confidence and knowledge.
Whether you’re studying psychology academically or simply curious about the mind and human connection, I’d love to help support your learning journey :)
