About Bose
I am a former lecturer and researcher in political sociology at the University of Cambridge, where I taught for over six years. I earned my PhD from the University of Cambridge in 2022, based on ethnographic field research on global political conflict. I am an expert in research, academic writing, politics, sociology, the broader social sciences, and argumentative essay writing.
I have also taught social sciences at the high school level in an international academy, and therefore am happy to work with students with a variety of educational backgrounds, ages, and career goals.

I am trained in the Oxbridge teaching method which prioritises individualised student learning and progression with an emphasis on advanced analysis and argument. I have tutored over 50 students from Bachelors to PhD in both the UK and the US across a range of social science courses. As a tutor, my focus is on improving student mastery over core academic writing skills and techniques, which sets up them for success in all of their subsequent courses.
I also worked as a Masters and Bachelors dissertation supervisor from 2021-2024 where I provided 1 hour tailored tutoring sessions which enabled students to appropriately choose and align their research methods, theoretical frameworks, and data analysis. Importantly, all of my students were either nominated for, or won their respective 'Best Dissertation' awards.
Tutoring sessions range from 1-1.5 hours, depending on the requirements of the student, and will focus on structuring or elevating writing assignments or dissertations.
I am able to tutor students ranging from high school to PhD level and can assist in concept aquisition, essay writing, dissertations, and general academic skills.
