Speak politely and having sense to understand that how much attention has to given for average student.
I have personally seen the parten of his teaching because wards of sister are taking classes of him.
He is able to reach, biology,chemistry and English.
His grametical knowlege is too good.
He starts classes of English grammer just from basic and make sure that every student should be able to read and write with of fear.
