About Shalainer
Due to my first-hand experience in delivering and performing English Literature, having trained and worked within the theatre sector, I believe that I am suited to the person specification for the current vacancy: In addition to my experience and training, I also possess the personal qualities that are vital to teaching which consists of: having a focused, committed, positive attitude; which further enables my ability to inspire and innovate secondary students and departments of staff.

Having previously taught in multiple educational institutes, I have gained teaching experience through delivering training and development, work-shop facilitating, mainstream secondary school teaching and alternative provisions for education. This experience has enabled me to obtain skills that engage and successfully inspire multicultural and diverse groups of staff and students- further leading to delivering teaching that is engaging, fun and inspiring- whilst promoting a love for learning for all.
