I’m a singing tutor with over 6 years of experience and a Bachelor of Music in Musical Theatre Voice. I specialise in working with actors, dancers, and public speakers who want to enhance vocal clarity, projection, and stage presence. My lessons focus on vocal articulation, breath dynamics, and confidence-building drills to help you perform at your best. My teaching approach centres around rhythm as the foundation for great singing. I use rhythm-based techniques to help students improve timing, energy, and groove in their performances. We explore syncopation, beat subdivision, and rhythmic phrasing across genres like gospel, funk, and jazz. For those who learn best through movement and feeling, I incorporate exercises that connect breath and body, making rhythm a natural part of their singing. I support students who express themselves through emotional release, encouraging them to use rhythm to deepen their connection to the music. Creative instinct plays a big role in my lessons. I guide singers to listen closely and respond to rhythmic patterns, helping them develop a strong sense of timing and flow. Whether you’re new to singing or exploring different styles, I tailor lessons to your unique learning style and goals. We work on building confidence with rhythm, so your voice moves effortlessly with the beat. I focus on making rhythm fun and accessible, using clear explanations and engaging activities.
