He has a warm, friendly approach which puts his students at their ease and he demonstrates what the students need to improve by gentle encouragement, ensuring that they enjoy their lessons and are eager to please. His students, (ranging from schoolchildren to university students and older adults) leave the room with a smile on their face and a spring in their step.
