About Lily
Why Train With Me?
Choosing the right coach is the most important step in an actor’s career. With a degree from the world-renowned Shchepkin Higher Theatre Institute and years of professional experience since 2019, I bring a level of expertise and discipline that is rare in today’s market.
My studio in Atlanta is not just a classroom; it is a professional environment where I have helped numerous actors transform their craft through the Demidov Technique. This method is the "secret weapon" for actors who want to stop "acting" and start living in front of the camera.
What you can expect from my professionalism:
Integrity and Dedication: I am fully invested in your growth and the success of every self-tape we produce.
Industry Standards: I stay current with what casting directors in Atlanta and Los Angeles are looking for today.
Tailored Guidance: No "cookie-cutter" advice. Every session is a deep dive into your unique artistic DNA.
Supportive Environment: I ensure a space that is both challenging and creatively safe, allowing you to take the risks necessary for a breakthrough performance.
Whether we meet in person at my Atlanta studio or connect online, you are getting a coach who understands the high stakes of the industry and has the classical pedigree to back it up. Let’s capture your most authentic performance yet.

My Approach as a Tutor
Teaching Method and Techniques
I specialize in the Demidov Technique, a unique and progressive approach rooted in the Russian school of acting. Unlike traditional methods that rely on "doing" or "forcing" emotion, my method focuses on creative spontaneity and "non-interference." I teach you how to trust your instincts, allowing the character to live through you naturally. This is especially effective for film and TV, where the camera detects even the slightest hint of "acting."
A Typical Lesson Plan
Every session is tailored to your current needs, but a standard 60-minute intensive includes:
Creative Warm-up: Exercises to achieve a state of "creative calm" and openness.
Demidov Etudes: Working with "living" through a situation rather than just performing it.
Script Analysis & Text Work: Diving deep into the subtext of your scenes.
On-Camera Practice/Self-Tape Coaching: Recording your performance with professional feedback to ensure it translates perfectly to the screen.
What Sets Me Apart
As a graduate of the Shchepkin Higher Theatre Institute, I bring the depth of classical training combined with modern on-camera techniques. What truly differentiates my studio is the "Turnkey Self-Tape" experience: you don't just get a lesson; you get a professionally coached, lit, and recorded audition ready to be sent to your agent. I act as your reader, coach, and director to ensure your tape stands out in a crowded casting office.
Who the Lessons Are For
My lessons are designed for:
Professional Actors: Looking to sharpen their skills or prepare for high-stakes auditions.
Drama Students: Seeking a deeper understanding of the Demidov Technique or Russian theatre traditions.
Aspiring Actors: Preparing for drama school auditions or their first professional steps.
Online Learners: Actors worldwide who want the benefits of European training from the comfort of their home.
