About Mathys
I am Mathys, 25 years old and I manage a sports health house for people with long-term illnesses and chronic diseases mainly. I am also a personal coach, I already help a few people get back into action. I am a volunteer firefighter in my parents' town and there again, I am responsible for sports in my unit with a specialty in the physical and mental reconditioning of agents.

There is a diagnosis before the practice and then the sessions are organized with a warm-up, a body of the session and a return to calm. The courses can be done with or without equipment, outdoors or indoors. My school career gave me the advantage of being able to adapt to each environment and situation.
