About Aarav
I am a college student whose junior year at a music school has been completed. I have had experience with tutoring other college students who have asked for help in music theory. I play multiple instruments, which include the piano, guitar, bass, ukulele and some percussion.

I teach by using concepts that students are already familiar with. I usually use a keyboard for demonstration purposes, which I put in clear view. I encourage students to analyze music that they enjoy.
I start by identifying where the student is in terms of their understanding of concepts and I develop their knowledge in other relevant topics by using this. I show them examples that they may not realize that they do know and explain things in ways that they understand.
I am very driven and I am persistent in making sure that my students understand all concepts that they need to understand for a class. I also have experience, especially with neurodivergent college students who have expressed that they would like someone who understands them to tutor them.
My lessons are for any people who would like help in music theory, including college students, high school students, middle school students or any people who are interested in the subject.
