About Evana

As a senior Psychology student, I have a strong academic foundation in both general psychology and sports psychology, with a focus on understanding how psychological principles apply in real-life and performance contexts. I am committed to helping students build a clear understanding of key concepts in a structured and supportive way.

I take a patient and organized approach to teaching, ensuring that each topic is explained step by step and adapted to the student’s level. My goal is not only to help students succeed academically, but also to develop their ability to think critically and independently about psychological topics.

I place a strong emphasis on clarity, consistency, and professionalism in every session. Students can expect well-prepared lessons, clear explanations, and a supportive learning environment that encourages questions and active participation.

My aim is to make psychology accessible and understandable, whether for school, university support, or personal interest in psychology and sports performance.

About the lesson

My approach as a tutor focuses on making psychology simple, engaging, and applicable to real-life situations. As a senior psychology student, I help students understand both the theoretical foundations and practical applications of psychological concepts.

I use a structured teaching style that includes clear explanations, real-life examples, and interactive discussion. For sports psychology, I focus on topics like motivation, confidence, focus, stress management, and performance, linking theory to real sporting situations.

A typical lesson includes a quick review, introduction of new concepts, guided discussion or practice, and a final summary to reinforce key points.

What sets me apart is my focus on understanding rather than memorization. I aim to help students think critically and apply psychology, not just learn it for exams.

My lessons are suitable for high school and early university students, as well as anyone interested in psychology or sports psychology, whether for academic support or personal development.
