About Delaney
I am a senior at Franklin Pierce University. I am an honors student, and conduct two research labs in psychology and criminal justice. I have been studying psychology and criminal justice for four years. I have two years of management experience, and currently mentor a class of 22 freshmen.

Although I have not formally taught classes, I do lead a psychology research lab and have 7 research assistants working for me. All my assistants are college students working towards their Bachelor's degree. I am a big believer in leading by example, so I always make sure I am assigning myself the same workload as my assistants. I have used lectures and PowerPoint presentations to assist me in teaching my research assistants.
