About Maria

Structured, goal-oriented lessons tailored to your level and needs. Language is meant to be used — we focus on real communication, not just grammar drills.

Focus areas:

- Conversation and fluency;

- Grammar mastery (il congiuntivo, il passato remoto, pronominal verbs, the use of "Ci" and "Ne" pronouns etc);

- Reading and writing;

- Exam preparation (CELI, CILS, A-Level, University Entry Level, University Degree Level, Masters Degree Level);

- Business or academic Italian;

- Tourism;

- Immigration.

Lessons are online and last 60 minutes.

About the lesson

Hello, my name is Maria. I am a Senior Lecturer with 5 years of teaching experience at a Moscow state university and a published author of three books officially accredited for Higher Education institutions and numerous linguistic articles. I hold a C2 CELI certificate and a Specialist Diploma in Linguistics (Master's equivalent), with specialisations in English and Italian.

I have presented at international conferences in Italy (Spoleto) and Russia (Moscow) and have 15+ years of total teaching experience, including language schools in Moscow and private online tutoring.

My experience allows me to find the right approach for each student. I do not adapt the student to the system — I adapt the system to the student.

I work with students aged 16 and above.

Why choose me:

- Senior Lecturer;
- 15+ years of teaching experience;
- Specialist Diploma (Masters) in Linguistics;
- Published academic author;
- CELI C2 Certificate;
- Lessons tailored to the students' needs;
