About Shiv
"I am a passionate, highly qualified, and dedicated Chemistry Educator with a solid academic foundation and extensive teaching experience. Having been a top achiever throughout my own academic journey—scoring 84% in High School and 82% in Intermediate—I know exactly what it takes to build a discipline-driven mindset and score top marks.
I hold a university degree along with a professional B.Tech degree in chemical engineering from NIT SRINAGAR, which gives me a deep psychological understanding of student behavior, learning patterns, and effective teaching methodologies.
Currently, I serve as a Senior Chemistry Faculty at Aakash Institute, where I routinely mentor some of the brightest minds for elite engineering and medical entrance exams (IIT-JEE & NEET). Over the years, I have helped hundreds of students overcome their 'Chemistry Phobia' and transform their weak areas into scoring strengths.
Teaching is not just a profession for me; it is a commitment to shape a student's logical thinking. Whether a student is struggling to understand fundamental concepts or aiming for a top rank in national-level exams, I am dedicated to providing the high-quality personal guidance they need to succeed."

"Every single class is meticulously structured to maximize learning efficiency. My teaching pedagogy revolves around three core pillars: Conceptual Foundation, Visual Analogy, and Rigorous Practice.
Structure of My Standard 60-Minute Session:
First 10 Minutes: Active Recall & Revision of previous class concepts/homework.
Next 35 Minutes: Interactive core topic delivery with real-world examples and customized short-tricks (Mnemonics).
Last 15 Minutes: Live problem-solving of past year JEE/NEET questions (PYQs) and doubt-clearing.
What Students Receive in My Classes:
Tailored Pace: I adapt my speed according to the student’s grasping power—building confidence step-by-step.
Exam-Oriented Approach: Special focus on answer-writing patterns for Board Exams and time-saving eliminating techniques for competitive exams.
Doubt-Support: A completely safe and encouraging space where students can ask 'silly' questions until they are 100% satisfied.
Actionable Feedback: Regular alignment with the student's current school or coaching test series to ensure their ranks keep improving."
