About Sarah
I have been teaching chemistry for 29 years. I have a wealth of experience in helping students to achieve all that they are capable of at GCSE and A-level. I have a First class Joint Honours degree in Chemistry and Mathematics and a Masters degree.
I particularly enjoy identifying difficulties and helping students to develop their understanding.

I have extensive experience of teaching AQA A-level and GCSE chemistry and I have helped many students to achieve the highest grades. Over the years many of my students have pursued veterinary science, medicine and engineering degrees and a substantial number have secured places at the most respected universities.
I offer one hour lessons. This allows enough time to deal appropriately with difficulties with understanding..
I am more than happy to help with anything from building confidence to perfecting exam technique. My approach is to help identify areas that you need help with and then to provide targeted work to help improve these areas. I am highly skilled in providing invaluable help whatever the need whether you need to develop your understanding of the fundamental concepts or wish to refine your examination technique.
