I like to teach, do various exercises and see how the students are encouraged when they see that they have understood something that was difficult for them from the beginning. That they find a passion or at least some topic that catches their attention so that work becomes more enjoyable.

Bringing homework up to date or reviewing the class from the day before are very important tasks that really need to be done. From my personal experience, I have seen that doing so will greatly change the habit of studying each day, you learn to have discipline and a hard-working habit. If a routine is established, they will start to stop wondering if they have to get to work and will end up doing it out of inertia. It is also important to encourage them if they have lost interest in the subject and for that they need that whoever teaches them is willing and interested. Like me!
