Kenneth is a very articulate and well-informed executive. His eagerness to learn and keep himself abreast with the latest developments in the business community is his strongest weapon. With his knowledge and skills, a lot of people will benefit from him. I will recommend him without any hesitation.
Kenneth is a seasoned leader with a wealth of knowledge and experience on labour issues both at an executive level and shop floor issues representing workers, collective bargaining and negotiations. He's also an extremely articulate educator and mentor.
My personal opinion of Mr Kenneth is that he is a great leader. My reason for saying so is that he is ever willing to assist members. I have been through the worst time in my life being hunted by my employer. Mr Kenneth was bold enough to stand for me when even the union was divided and failed me. I highly recommend him to you.
I met Kenneth through a leadership program in the Trade Union movement during our younger years of employment. He championed labour law programs in the province towards the development of stewards on how to represent a member in a domestic tribunal and chair hearings in the Revenue sector.
Kenny has advanced experience in the Labour Relations and labour law field going beyond 15 years of hands-on practical exposure in defence and education of stewardship in the revenue and public service sector.
He has served with leaders who are now occupying strategic positions in parliament, in the public services and in the private sector. This apportioned a lot of responsibility to him in providing capacity development programs for the membership and union leadership. He stood the test of time when all else was not possible.
He is a person who knows his business and doesn't run at the sight of pressure. I know much about his abilities as I served with him as a provincial office bearer.Kenneth has four years experience as a Labour Relations Lecturer employed by DHET. In addition to that, Kenneth has been a trade union shop steward for 9 years. Currently, he is a trade union official, practising labour law daily.
His warm personality and excellent interpersonal skills put him in good stead to easily impart knowledge and experience to any student. From my interaction with Kenneth when I was in the panel of lawyers that presided over labour dispute hearings, I know for a fact that he is equipped not only with appropriate qualification but also with extensive experience in organised Labour and corporate environments. His students, therefore, stand to benefit not from one but all these sources of information. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
He is one of the leaders committed to the cause of serving his constituency and he is always willing to go the extra mile when the situation can be detrimental e.g. when a person who was to appear in a DC case and is sick, he will make sure another person should be there to ensure a member is represented in a case.
