About MONISADE
I hold a first degree (BSc Hons), in microbiology with second class upper division, from Nasarawa State University, Keffi, a Masters degree in foods and industrial microbiology with a CGPA of 4.45, (Eligible to proceed for PhD) from Ekiti State university, Ado Ekiti., a PGD in Education from National Teachers Institute Kaduna, Lagos study center. I am British Certified in IGCSE Foods and Nutrition, Biology and a GCSE Home Economics Examiner. I have certification in some important British courses that are necessary to properly teach all students namely; Understanding child protection, Engaging with SEN (gifted and talented learners), Understanding lesson management, Engaging with Learning Technologies - Cyber-Wellbeing, Development - Peer observation, Understanding Special Educational Needs (SEN). I am a certified Microsoft Innovative Educator.
My expertise in lesson planning, class management, use of different teaching methods and teaching aids in both college and primary sections, teaching Agricultural Science, Foods and Nutrition, Home Economics and Biology (Both practicals and theory).,and also A, Levels Biology, have given me accolade from my line managers and directors. I have been teaching Agricultural science, Home Economics, Food and Nutrition and Biology for over 5 years and preparing students for IGCSE, OCR, and WASSE examinations in one or more of the above listed subjects, where students’ result shows the learned ability of the teacher.
In fact my training in adolescence psychology, juvenile delinquency management, ICT skills, good written and excellent communication skills and the training obtained as GCSE Examiner (OCR; Oxford Cambridege and RSA Examinations) gives me a positive affirmation that I will deliver positively, if I am considered for any teaching position.

I am a passionate teacher, My teaching methods is student- centred i.e. it's interactive, I interact with students to make sure they understand what am teaching.
I base my class on students' previous knowledge. I approached each topic by first asking questions, in order to know the level of understanding of each student on the said topic. Normally, I schedule tutoring appointments with students or their parents. I
research or recommend text books, equipments or other learning materials to complement tutoring.
I ensure tutoring atmosphere promote productivity and learning.
I also usually review class materials with students by discussing text, working solutions to problems, or reviewing other assignments, provide feedback to students using positive reinforcement techniques to encourage, motivate or build confidence in students.
I usually maintain record of studentsꞌ assessment results, progress, feedback, or school performance, ensuring confidentiality of all records.
