About Gagan
Hi!
My name is Gagan and I am currently an undergraduate student at the University of Waterloo studying environmental science. As a science major, I have taken many science courses throughout my university journey which has solidified my expertise and knowledge within a wide range of disciplines. This includes chemistry, biology, astronomy, earth science, and physics. In the past, I have worked with many students in the classroom and online, teaching them about the wonders of science.

I have tons of experience working with students from previous job opportunities. I have worked and taught kids from ages 9 to 18 (or grades 4-12) in a classroom and online setting. My main technique that I use is the one-on-one approach. I believe that is the best way to explain concepts, ask questions, and make sure the student is understanding the concepts. As an undergraduate science major, I have extensive background and knowledge in a variety of science courses including, chemistry, biology, earth science, and astronomy.
As a lesson plan, I take a conventional approach to first ask what the student is working on in school. This would include, asking about concepts and any homework they have. Then, we would work on the homework together and address any issues. If there is no homework, I would work on either talking about new concepts and get ahead in class or work on review.
