About Lorna
I am a graduate from the University of Birmingham with a degree in Biomedical Science. I have experience working in a lab, writing and researching scientific literature, and I have developed various useful revision techniques. Since graduating I have worked for an international medical device company, specializing in electrophysiology (cardiovascular) devices.

With new students, I will spend some time figuring out the level of knowledge that you already possess. I think it's important to identify which areas you find most difficult so that we can focus on them. The aim is to fill in the gaps, in order to give you the best chance of achieving your target grades.
When the time is right I think it is useful to use practice and past papers, which I am happy to go through with you and we can discuss how to identify what the exam board is looking for within an answer.
