About the lesson

My classes follow a constructivist learning approach, where students actively build new knowledge based on what they already know and experience in their daily lives. Each lesson begins by revisiting prior concepts, followed by guided exploration of new ideas through simulations, virtual labs, model-based learning, and real-life examples.

I design interactive lessons in Physics, Chemistry, and Biological Sciences to make abstract concepts simple, meaningful, and enjoyable—completely avoiding rote memorisation. The focus is on conceptual clarity, curiosity, and application-based learning.

The classroom environment is positive, inclusive, and student-centred, encouraging questions, discussion, and critical thinking. These classes are designed for secondary and higher secondary CBSE students, as well as undergraduate learners in Biological Sciences, helping learners gain confidence and truly understand science rather than memorise it.
