About Me I am a professionally trained pastry chef based in Canada, with formal studies in professional pastry arts. Alongside teaching baking fundamentals, I also support students and entrepreneurs who want to open or develop a food business by helping them understand the chemistry behind food and recipe creation. By learning how ingredients interact and how techniques affect structure, texture, and stability, students gain the tools to build, adapt, and scale their own recipes with confidence.
