About Harry

Hi, I'm Harry, a qualified Personal Trainer who is passionate about helping complete beginners take their first steps into fitness.

I know that starting the gym can be intimidating. Many people worry about doing exercises incorrectly, using the wrong equipment, or feeling judged. That's why I focus on making fitness simple, easy to understand, and enjoyable.

My coaching style is patient, supportive, and tailored to each individual. I believe everyone deserves to feel confident in the gym, regardless of their experience or fitness level. Rather than overwhelming you with complicated training methods, I'll teach you the fundamentals that deliver real results and give you the knowledge to train independently.

Whether your goal is to lose body fat, build muscle, improve your health, or simply gain the confidence to step into a gym for the first time, I'll be there to guide you every step of the way.

I'm a qualified Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer and my mission is to help beginners turn uncertainty into confidence by providing clear guidance, ongoing support, and a plan that works for you.

Starting the gym can feel overwhelming, especially when you don't know where to begin. My coaching is designed specifically for complete beginners who want clear guidance, more confidence, and a simple plan to follow.

My 1:1 online coaching is relaxed, supportive and tailored to your goals, whether you want to lose body fat, build muscle, improve your fitness, or simply feel more comfortable in the gym.

During my coaching, I'll teach you everything step by step, including:

How to use gym equipment safely and correctly.
The best exercises for beginners and why they work.
Proper exercise technique to help you avoid injuries.
How to structure your workouts so you always know what to do.
The basics of nutrition and how to support your progress.
How to track your results and continue improving over time.

There are no complicated fitness terms or unrealistic expectations. You'll be able to ask questions throughout every session, and I'll explain everything in a simple way that makes sense.

My goal isn't just to give you a workout—it's to help you understand what you're doing so you can eventually walk into any gym with confidence, knowing exactly what to do and why you're doing it.

Whether you're starting from zero or have tried the gym before but felt lost, I'll help you build confidence, create healthy habits and make fitness something you actually enjoy.
