About Joseph
I love guiding my students through ideas and concepts and inspiring them to think in a new way or with a different perspective, perhaps even on something seemingly banal and insignificant.
A successful student for me is an engaged student, and one who demonstrates attention and sincerity.
A challenge I enjoy is how to teach content without too much lecturing! I often find trying to be a guide rather than instructing, is a good start.

Religious Studies Teacher based at a prestigious Catholic International School in Italy. QTS from an OFSTED 'Outstanding' Secondary School in West London. Graduate in Philosophy & Theology. Research interests in philosophical anthropology, pedagogy, Formative Assessment, Curriculum Development, and Gregorian chant.
My teaching method is inquiry-based, and student-centred, with an approach geared towards differentiation and individual development.
A typical lesson would be an hour, with a first lesson's assessment and appraisal of the student.
My lessons can be catered towards KS3, GCSE, A-Level and IB.
