About Kathleen
Since I retired as a special education teacher in 2005, I have been tutoring individual students in reading and writing skills. I enjoy helping students to have more confidence in their reading skills. Since the pandemic, I have been offering online lessons. I am able to engage students online with success!!

I have been using the Orton Gillingham Phonics Program for over 40 years. Students have improved in their reading and spelling skills. Improvement is shown in reading fluency and reading comprehension skills also.. Lessons are offered online for any student needing improvement in their language arts skills.
