About Paul
I am a retired lawyer and litigator. I have a master of laws degree in real property, land development and finance law. I have been president of many real estate investor associations, giving public speeches to lay people and lawyers for years about all types of legal issues. I always loved reading and writing and have realized that the style of writing and speech must match who is your audience. Make your presentation interesting, informative and clear so they walk away happy, educated and satisfied, hopefully with a thirst for more. I can teach you to become an effective communicator in speech and in writing regardless of who is your audience. Let me be your teacher. You’ll be happy to have chosen me.

My teaching method will depend on your abilities, your goals and how you learn best. Some people remember things better if auditory, while others are more visual. I use these methods together with kinetics (writing), practice, sometimes music, sometimes smell. Each of these senses are stored in different areas of your brain and afford you the opportunity of remembering them because they are stored in more than one place. I want you to enjoy the learning experience so I will work with your strengths while building on your weaknesses and give you positive reinforcement. Let’s make it fun for you to learn!
