About Sandra
Gymnastics professional (Fit Kid discipline) retired. Athlete since I was 6 years old and competing since I was 9. This is my way of keeping in touch with one of the hobbies that I like the most.
I have been a rhythmic gymnastics teacher and Fit Ki during my student years. Aerobics, GAP and toning trainer in several gyms. And a modern dance teacher in summer school and camps.

My methodology adapts and varies before anyone. The first contact is to get to know us and know what the objectives of this activity are. Therefore, we will carry out a study of what dynamics we would like to lead and we would immediately become active.
Healthy life but fun at the same time. Sometimes we need that spark in our daily life, who says it can't be achieved with sport? :)
