About Nancy

I am a retired teacher who loves being able to make a difference in the lives of young people. I understand that life is filled with ups and downs and struggles that may seem overwhelming. Education may, quite possibly, not be a priority. That's ok. I'm here to help. With my experience I can help build your confidence and guide you where you need to be in order to feel successful.

About the lesson

My teaching technique incorporates the student's interests into each lesson. I teach to each student's strengths to overcome their weakness. I believe in building positive relationships with my students to build the trust that is necessary to learn. My lessons are gaged for beginning readers/writers all the way up to middle schoolers. I am also an expert in teaching ESL students.
