I am a retired educator who has more than 30 years of administrative, teaching, and testing experience. I have worked with k-12 level students, mentored teachers as well as scored and trained other adults in scoring of End-of-Grade assessments.

I approach students based on his/her individual learning style. Sometimes that means very structured and other times, not as much. I believe in setting clear goals for the learning process and I always approach teaching with the understanding that teaching and learning is a two way process as I and the student both teach and learn from one another in a healthy partnership that is grounded in set expectations and learning goals and objectives.
