About Angela
I am a retired business owner, I am a former Canadian and World Champion in the martial arts.
I have been induced into several Martial Arts Halls of Fame and the Clarington Sports Hall of Fame.
I am mother of four, including a deaf blind medically fragile son.
I created and founded the Sho Do Ryu karate program -designed for any individual who despite physical, mental or emotional challenges can earn a black belt in the martial arts.
