About Oscar
Talking about my professional background, I have a bachelor's degree in law acquired from my backcountry Colombia. Nowadays, I am doing some online courses related to the Canadian law system to assets my career or part of it here in Canada. On the other hand, my professional background and my principal experience were in my back Country, related to business management and legal support, most of the time addressing commercial concerns and labour disputes in both the public and private sectors.

When I used to training co-workers or supervised material for training in different areas related to my job before, I just followed a few simple resources, and I do think they work. The first step is to keep instructions clear and simple and let them listen first. Second, Prepare topics involving culture, daily activities, among others., repeat, drill, repeat, drill activities and short conversations.
For any different situation or person interested in learning something specific, then prepare well, prepare a lot of material and trying to keep them talking and interested all the time
