About Evie
I am an experienced Chemistry tutor with over 5 years of teaching students. I hold a Master’s degree in Radiochemistry. My teaching focuses on food chemistry and nutritional science. I aim to make Chemistry easy to understand.
I cover macromolecules, food additives, and metabolism. Students learn how food affects the body. I also explain chemical changes in food. This makes learning practical.
I use dietary analysis and case studies. I also include food product development. Cooking reactions are explained clearly.
