I am a well-respected educator in the Baltimore area with a variety of teaching and education administration experience. I am skilled in work with students in middle school through college. While I am a teacher, I am also a learner keeping up with new strategies and techniques. I have a relational approach to learning, which means that my lessons look different depending on the needs of an individual learner or class. Trained in multi-sensory instruction, I find what works best for my audience and tailor my instruction to their needs. As well, I engage my learners is helping me to design lessons that they feel best meet their goals in instruction. Learning is, to me, a reciprocal process, and I strive to include all in the learning process.
