About Lee
Professional: I'm an experienced and passionate hybrid instructor that
is certified in the area of Pilates, Yoga, Metafit and Suspension training
and is a qualified Personal Trainer. I have a passion for biomechanics,
joint mobility in functional training methods. I enjoy fusing various
training styles, techniques and methods to create dynamic
programmes and unique class environments.
Personal: I have learnt that being an instructor isn't just about teaching
people what your qualified to do, but more through the reasoning of
why you do what you do. So I teach what I love to train.
Core: I've learnt that caring for a persons health and well being, can
inspire, motivate, befriend, council and make a difference in peoples
lives and that's why they keep coming back as a client. With this
in mind, I develop relationships collectively and individually within the
groups that I teach.

My approach to training is about lifestyle integration and coaching. I take the time to get to understand your wants, dreams, likes and dislikes.
I have 3 core values in my relationships and your training programme.
1) I'm interested in your lifestyle. Weekly updates are a must.
2) I'm interested in what you eat. Your nutrition helps your training goals.
3) I'm interested in how you feel emotionally, mentally and physically. Because these 3 states effect performance.
WHAT'S ENVOLVED?
I'm a fusion trainer that studies exercise physiology and enjoy the holistic side of fitness. I fuse different fitness styles that I enjoy to train to create dynamic programmes that produce results!
TRAINING DEFINDED
I have a strong focus on biomechanics and joint mobility in my technical teaching. This is delivered through Pilates principles that form the foundations of how I instruct. This forms the basis of my training sessions and I intergrate this into various training styles whilst maintaining the core fundamentals of that training technique, method or form.
