About Thomas
I am a registered Psychologist looking to help people grow in their creative journey, experience more states of flow, and bring their creative works to life. My coaching process is dependent on you.
From my studies in Organisational Psychology, I have been trained to provide coaching to support people to enhance their performance in their lives. To me, creativity is a way of being. The more we “be creative”, the more we can “perform creatively”.
I am also composer and guitarist!

60 minute lessons, either weekly, fortnightly or monthly, will be tailored to your needs! Some people are looking for tools to reach a pre-determined goal, others are more interested in a mindset shift to enable more general creativity every day.
Whether you are looking to turn a complex idea into an actionable pathway that you can move through with a clear process, or you are interested in a more general approach where we explore and discover our creativity, and integrate more flow into our daily lives, we could work well together.
To me, coaching is a space where we can work together in your best interest. It is an opportunity to explore challenges and opportunities, to break down problems that might seem overwhelming into smaller and actionable parts, and to explore new ways of growing into our creativity. It is my belief that moving towards our creative goals also allows us to understand more about ourselves. This means that whilst coaching may initially be directed at a particular goal, we can adjust our expectations based on what we discover as we go along.
