About Charmayne
Charmayne provides compassionate, person-centered counseling that supports emotional well-being, personal growth and the realities of everyday life. She values lived experience, genuine human connection and the understanding that life does not have to be perfect to be meaningful. Charmayne believes every person faces struggles at different times and deserves to feel accepted, respected and supported without judgment.
Her approach is grounded in kindness, empathy and authenticity, creating a safe and welcoming space where clients can feel truly heard and understood. Charmayne works alongside each individual to explore what matters most to them, supporting confidence, self-acceptance and personal growth in a way that aligns with their own values, goals and life experiences.
