About Francesca
I am a current student at the University of Iowa, graduating with a double major in chemistry and mathematics this December. I have been giving private tutoring lessons throughout this fall semester to college and middle school students in both chemistry and math. Most of my extracurricular experience has been with synthetic inorganic chemistry research, and I plan to pursue a Ph.D. in that subject.

I am available to teach students of all ages and backgrounds. During the school year, I am happy to help students with their current course material, taking time to dive deeper into the subject matter to cultivate a better understanding. If students are interested in learning about other areas outside of their classroom instruction I will base my lessons off of either what they are interested in, or what they are struggling with. I am also available to meet in person or over Zoom. I approach each lesson with an open mind so I can better respond to the specific needs of the students.
