About Anarasi
My name is Anarasi Vasundhara. I have 1.5 years of experience as a Strategic Process Executive at Tata Consultancy Services, where I focused on enhancing operational workflows and driving process improvements, primarily within the financial sector. I'm passionate about utilizing innovative solutions and collaborating with teams to achieve organizational success. In my role at Tata Consultancy Services, I was responsible for a range of tasks, including reviewing insurance policy applications, monitoring claims-related documents, and addressing customer queries. I also handled policy processing, communicated with other financial units, managed escalated customer issues, and conducted quality audits. These experiences have allowed me to develop strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce in Computer Applications from Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Degree College, where I achieved a GPA of 8.51. I have also pursued additional certifications to enhance my skill set. I am certified in Accountancy with Tally Prime, which includes skills in recording accounting transactions and generating financial statements. Additionally, I completed a Business Analytics certification program through Upgrad, gaining proficiency in data analysis using Excel and acquiring a basic knowledge of Tableau. Beyond my professional and academic qualifications, I possess a range of soft skills that I believe are crucial for success in any role. These include strong interpersonal and communication skills, analytical abilities, time management, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. I am also proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. I am a highly motivated and results-oriented individual seeking an opportunity to leverage my experience, skills, and education to contribute to a dynamic organization.
