I hold a diploma from the renowned K11 School of Fitness Sciences and proudly hold an International Book of Records title for Most Push-ups in One Minute. I'm also certified in Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) & Automated External Defibrillator (AED), ensuring a safe and professional training environment.
