About Theresa
With over 25 years of experience helping struggling and dyslexic readers thrive, I bring a deep understanding of how students learn to read—and what gets in their way. I’ve worked across diverse settings, from full classrooms to small groups to one-on-one tutoring, always with one goal: to unlock each child’s full potential. I am trained in the Science of Reading and use the Orton-Gillingham approach, a structured, multisensory method that is especially effective for students with dyslexia and other reading challenges. My instruction is always tailored to meet your child’s unique needs—because no two readers are exactly the same. More than just teaching reading skills, I work to build confidence. I believe every student can learn to read, and it’s my job to help them see that in themselves.
