About Filip

I hold an MA in sport science from the University of Split Croatia, I competed in triathlons at a regional level, I coached triathletes as well. Since 2020, I changed my focus to swimming teaching/coaching and gained my British certificate (STA lvl 2 in swimming) Currently I am a swimming teacher full time, living in London.

About the lesson

Proper assessment is the key to going forwards. After we determine your level, we'll have a chat about what should be the next step, taking into consideration your personal goals of course. We'll create an 8-12 week training plan and schedule that fits your goals. Your progress will be monitored throughout. I will leave you with confidence and plenty of material to work with. The GOAL is your independence and understanding of -correcting your own mistakes in technique -knowledge of how to continue training after the initial 8-12 weeks -knowledge when and how to add volume and intensity to your training

Filip is an awesome coach! He really knows his stuff when it comes to triathlons, but what's even better is how he makes you feel confident and ready. He's great at breaking things down so they're not so scary, and he always has a tip or trick up his sleeve to help you out. I was super nervous about my first triathlon, but Filip’s chill way of coaching and constant encouragement made a huge difference. Totally recommend him if you’re looking to get into triathlons and want someone cool and supportive to guide you through it.
