From strength training to running marathons and sports, fitness has shaped my life in a very positive direction. I use simple, progressive training tailored to your fitness level. Each class includes warm-up, technique, strength training, and cooldown. I focus on proper form, consistency, and measurable progress. I will also cover the basics of calisthenics. Classes are suitable for beginners, students, and adults.
