About Lee-Ann

I got my teaching qualification through Yoga Anand, by Master Anil Sign in Thailand, June 2019. He changed my life and I wish to pass my learnings on to you through mindful movement of body, intentional breath work and meaningful meditation.

About the lesson

I’m able to adapt each class to suite your physical and mental needs. I ensure modifications for a more comfortable experience when necessary, or even enhancement of advanced poses. I use a few props when necessary and can also guide you to use make shift props if you don’t have. My teaching style is slow and controlled, but I’m also able to adapt it to whatever makes you feel comfortable.
