I currently teach the semi formal curriculum which is an adapted curriculum centred around each individual pupil. I believe that teaching should be flexible and adapted to every pupil depending on the their needs. Teaching is preparing children for adulthood, therefore I believe it is crucial to teach the independent skills necessary to be part of society when pupils leave school.
