About Nidah

I am a qualified Physiotherapist. I have more than 4 years of experience, I have worked in both the medical and sports sector. I have experience dealing with different kinds of cases. I have worked with people before and after surgeries as well as well-built athletes who want to simply improve their performance. I believe that everyone can exercise; it does not have to be complex. You just need to start, it is never too late to change your quality of life.

I am here to help you with muscle tightness, muscle strengthening, pre and postnatal exercises, strength and conditioning, advise you on lifestyle changes to improve your quality of life.
