About Anike
Having been a personal trainer for so long and being an avid proponent for moving your body, I dedicate my time and attention to making sure that I meet my client where they’re at and build from there. I am also a language teacher, and I have found that combining my knowledge of physical movement and my methodologies for teaching makes for a successful class every time! As seen in my bio, I am a qualified and experienced personal trainer in many fields; however, I specialise in postnatal exercises.
