About Eliza
I trained as a competitive gymnast for many years. I achieved success in my sport before turning to a 10 year career in coaching. I then trained and qualified as a personal trainer.
I have a very positive coaching style and believe in the power of fitness for both physical and mental well being.

We will begin with a consultation session where I will begin to understand your fitness levels as well get to know your specific aims. Following this I will create a multiple week session plan, building up towards your goal.
It will incorporate, cardio, flexibility, body weight strength skills and, if wanted, gymnastics skill preps and activities.
